How To Transfer From Fidelity To Webull 2024

In this article, we will cover the necessary steps to transfer your stocks from Fidelity to Webull.

Webull does not support account transfers below $500 due to high transfer costs.

In addition, Webull supports individual cash and margin accounts, traditional IRAs, Roth IRAs, and Rollover IRAs only.

Check out my video on how to transfer your brokerage account below, let's dive in!

Transferring Assets From Fidelity To Webull

Both Webull and Fidelity support the ACATs transfer service (Automated Customer Account Transfer Service).

Good News! Fidelity does not charge any fees for a full or partial account transfer.

However, Fidelity supports numerous assets that are unsupported by Webull, including:

  • Mutual Funds
  • Bonds
  • OTC Stocks

These unsupported assets will need to be sold off in order to initiate a full transfer. This could result in taxes being owed.

Brokers Eligible For Transfer

You can transfer stocks from various brokers, including but not limited to:

  • Robinhood
  • Fidelity
  • Charles Schwab
  • TD Ameritrade
  • Scottrade
  • E*TRADE
  • Interactive Brokers
  • Merrill Lynch
  • Vanguard
  • Firstrade
  • SogoTrade

If your brokerage is not listed, you can check its eligibility for ACATS transfers by searching within the Webull app.

Navigate to the Webull Logo > Transfers > Transfer Stocks into Webull.

Here, you can search for your brokerage by name or DTC number.
